At Dorjee Wellness, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
  • Timeframe:  We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. For return, you can contact at dorjeewellness@gmail.com
Return Policy Requirements:
To process your return, please follow these steps:
  1. Unpacking Video: Record a video of the product being unpacked. Ensure the following details are clearly visible:
    • The product label
    • Any serial or identification numbers (if applicable)
    • Condition of the product upon unboxing
  2. Clear View of the Product: The video should show the product in clear detail to confirm that it matches the description and is in the condition expected.
  3. Other Relevant Processes: If there are any steps or actions involved in the return process (like checking accessories or ensuring the product is complete), be sure to capture those in the video.
  4. Video Submission: Once you’ve recorded the video, please upload it with your return request to complete the process.
Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
  • The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is done.
In case of any delivery related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order been marked as delivered.
Return Process
  1. Request a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Support team at dorjeewellness@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
    • Provide your order number and video and other details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Approval & Shipping:
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return shipping instructions.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
  3. Inspection & Approval:
    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
Cancellation:
  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
  • If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Dorjee Wellness reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Refunds
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be CREDITED within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) are inspected and approved.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
